By using the Nautica Select Coldstore Limited website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. About us

Nautica Select Coldstore Limited is a Ghana-based business supplying frozen meat, chicken, and seafood. You can reach us at info@nauticaselect.com or 0242242953. Our address is Accra, Ghana. The fastest way to reach us is WhatsApp.

2. Who can use the site

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Ghanaian law. We deliver within Ghana only.

3. Your account

You may create an account with your name, phone number, and a password. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for anything that happens under your account.

4. Products, prices, and orders

All products are subject to availability. Prices are in Ghana Cedis (GH₵) and may change at any time. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.

When you submit an order, you are making an offer to buy. We will confirm by WhatsApp, phone, or email, or, if you choose to pay online, once your payment is received. We may decline an order if an item is out of stock or we cannot verify the delivery address.

5. Delivery

Delivery fees, timings, and areas are shown at checkout and may change without notice. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Please inspect your order on arrival and refrigerate it immediately.

6. Payments

You can pay for your order online by mobile money (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo), bank transfer, or by Visa or Mastercard. Online payments are processed by Paystack, our payment partner. Your card number, mobile-money PIN, bank login, and any one-time codes go directly to Paystack. We never see or store them.

Prices shown on the site already include the cost of online payment processing; we do not add a separate fee at checkout.

If you would rather not pay online, you can still place your order through WhatsApp or by phone and arrange payment with our team directly.

7. Cancellation, refunds, and returns

You may cancel an order at any time before our team confirms it, at no charge. If you paid online and we cancel before confirming, your money is refunded in full to the same payment method.

If something's wrong with your order after delivery, contact us within 24 hours and we'll make it right. See our full refund policy for what's covered and how complaints are handled.

8. Privacy

Please read our Privacy Policy to understand what data we collect and why. It forms part of these Terms.

9. General

All content on this site belongs to Nautica Select Coldstore Limited. Please do not copy it for commercial purposes. We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top tells you when. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
